Pebble is in early beta. We keep the marketing website simple and avoid collecting information we do not need.

The Pebble marketing site uses optional analytics only if you accept them. We do not use advertising pixels or contact forms that store personal information.

Cookies

We ask for your choice before enabling analytics. If you accept, we use analytics to understand broad website usage, such as page views and clicks on key calls to action. If you decline, analytics is not enabled.

Data protection

If you choose to join the free beta or use the Pebble app, we may process the information needed to create your account, create your workspace, provide the product, and respond to support requests.

We only aim to process information for clear product and support purposes. We do not sell personal information.

If you accept website analytics, we may process basic usage information such as pages visited, button clicks, browser type, device type, approximate location, and referral source. This helps us understand whether the website is useful.

GDPR

If UK or EU data protection law applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information.

You can contact us about those rights at hello@pebble.legal. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Where analytics is enabled, all data is processed and stored in the EU.

We will update this page as Pebble grows, especially if we add billing or additional product data workflows.
